WHO WE ARE
Cygnus Marine Services, Cygmar Services C.A., is a purely Venezuelan shipping agency founded on February 1, 2001 by T.S.U. Paul E. Weffer M., who has extensive experience in the shipping industry. Currently, it has a qualified staff with more than 26 years of experience in the area of ship agency and has offices in several ports in the country such as: Amuay, Cardón, Guaranao, La Vela, Jose Petrochemical Complex, Guaraguao Refinery, Guanta Public Port and Terminals in Lake Maracaibo. Opening our office in Brazil in 2018.
Our services cover commercial cruise ships, tankers, tugboats, barges, offshore platforms, and petroleum coke vessels. We maintain excellent relationships with terminals and local authorities, making operations easier for our clients while saving them time and money.

- Coordination of Free Talk and Attention of the ship in port.
